Salary along with personal practise in same premise

An employee who is a doctor taking salary from a hospital for working 8:00 AM to 4:00PM as per the employment agreement. In that hospital his father is a director.Beside that he also sit in same hospital after working hours of salary and take professional fees from same hospital/ Employer for rendering his professional services.
Doubt- How to treat these two incomes.:
(i)-(a) will Salary Income will be taken separately and professional Income will be taken sepertely
or (ii) both will be clubbed under salary?

The answer would depend upon whether their exist a separate agreement for these services and whether employment agreement allows for such practice in same hospital, generally in hospitals doctors act as consultants rather than full time employee.
