we have incorporated newly company and directors are having mutual agreement that they will not withdraw salary of few months and only for remaining months . is it possible.

Possible. If ur company is pvt ltd then no restriction for payment of remuneration to dirctors even if loss is incurred by the company.
In case of ltd company restriction is on payment of remuneration.
If directors have mutual agreement that they will not withdraw remuneration. Wel come No problem at all.
