one of my client is professor earning salary & royalty from books from royalty tds u/s 194J deducted whether i can claim both tds & deduction u/s 80QQB ?

TDS can be claimed in any case.
In case conditions mentioned in section 80QQB are satisfied then the same can be claimed also.
