I am facing issues while filling ROC Forms as detailed under:
a. After uploading duly certified form, payment transaction is getting failed. I have tried to make payment 5 times since last 3 days.
b. I want to add role to V3 login account as registered professional with ICAI however, every time error pop up as "This is a service error"

Have raised a ticket with helpdesk but no solution received till date.

Any possible solutions for the above issues?? Have tried in incognito mode, cleared the cookies but all in vain.

a. Payment transaction failing repeatedly
Try a different payment method or card: Sometimes certain cards or payment gateways have issues.

Use a different browser or device: You tried incognito mode, but sometimes switching browsers (Chrome to Firefox or Edge) helps.

Check if the MCA portal is undergoing maintenance: Sometimes backend issues cause payment failures. Check their site or social media updates.

Try payment at off-peak hours: Server overload during busy hours can cause failures.

b. Error adding role as Registered Professional (ICAI) on V3 login
Wait for MCA Helpdesk response: Sometimes it takes a few days.

Try removing and re-adding the role after some time: Occasionally the system syncs with a delay.

Ensure your ICAI membership details are correctly linked: Double-check your ICAI registration details match your MCA profile.

Reach out to ICAI support: Sometimes their end needs to validate your credentials before MCA accepts it.

If nothing works, sometimes raising a fresh complaint with MCA helpdesk referencing the ticket number, and also calling their support line might get you faster help.
