If the company has not filed its annual returns ie. Form 23AC, 23ACA etc from the date of incorporation is it necessary to do so before we can apply for the Easy exit scheme 2010? Also is it necessary that all the directors of such a company should have DIN??

Yes u can if u are eligible.

DIN not compulsory, Digital signature also not necessary. PAN or passport will also suffice of director.
Apply immediately if from 01.04.2008 it is a defunct company.
The last date to apply is tomorrow.

what if i dnt want to file 23AC,23ACA forms.since the due date of EES is tommorow.

No option to make epayment of affidavit and indemnity bond. Stamp paper of franking needs to done.
Also the form needs to be notarised. So please check that requirement also.
