I am facing problem while filing FORM 23AC and 23ACA. Problem is that confusion of sequence of date between the following: 1)AGM 2)Board Resolution 3)Singing of Board Report 4)Singing of Director Report. 5)Signing of Auditor On Audit Report or Books of Account. 6)Singing of Annual Return. 7)Annual Report. 8)and Board meeting. Which date will come after or before, i am so confused. please, clarify the problem.

2,3,4,5,8 are generally the balance sheets date. 1&6 is the date of AGM of the company.
