25 January 2016 Suppose, a building is under construction and i register a second floor and made almost half payment..now for any reason like fire or any other reason building collasped....risk is whom ?? who going to suffer that...?? me or that builder ??

25 January 2016 From legal point of view, In this case risk would be of the contractor as you would not be the owner yet but practically if some miss-happenings occurred, you would also suffer as contractor may not able to give flat on time
