suppose i am holding the shares a company & that company is coming up with right issue . so my question is that can i get the shares in right isssue

The term right issue means giving a right to the existing shareholders to subscribe to the new issue before moving to the general public to subscribe.
Since you are holding the shares of the company, you will be given an oppurtunity to subscribe to the right issue provided you hold the shares on the record date.
