Is there any provision in companies act to revise the annual return? If yes, kindly tell me the same.

You can only file Form - 20B again with correct Annual Return as an attachment and just pass a simple Board resolution to file corrected Annual Return.

There is no procedure to revise the annual return. However u can now file form 20B again with updated details.
