whether revised schedule VI is applicable to all the company including PVT. ltd.
Whether it is applicable for F.Y. 2011-12.
And if it is applicable to all private company...
1. whether all the column/item are required to be completed as " Nil value" if there is no/nil valve (ZERO value) regarding perticuler column/item of of revised schedue VI.
2. kindly provide revised schedule in Excel or word format...

rev sch vi applicable to all co including pvt ltd co. only applicable notes are to filled. Nil value is not required o be filled if that clause is not applicable.
