I HEREBY WOULD KIKE TO KNOW THAT WHETHER RETURN CAN BE E FILED AFTER THE DUE DATE 15/10/2010.
OR DUE DATE IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE RETURN FILING FOR AUDIT CASE.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF RETURN FILED AFTER 15/10/2010?
IF THE AUDIT REPORT IS OBTAINED BEFORE THE DUE DATE THAN WHAT WILL BE THE PROVISION FOR PENALTY
PLEASE HELP.......
