CAN A PROPRIETOR HAVING T.O.>40L FILE ONLINE RETURN WITHOUT CONDUCTING TAX AUDIT?

Yes return can be filed. But penalty u/s 271B for not furnishing tax audit within the due date can be levied for the same.
