one of our client's return was filed on 30.09.09. The said return was e-filed and ITR-V was send to banglore twice. But till date acknowledgement has not been received. I have checked on website where the message appears "There is no record found for the PAN and assessment year combination provided by you". i also called at banglore but was unable to contact. can any one please help me on the above issue?
