I am a salaried employee & during 2009-10 TDS On salary has been deducted by my employer but I did not file my salary return for the A.Y 2010-11 till date. may i file it now through ereturn. there is any penalty on me.
pls suggest me.

file now no penalty if filed before 31.03.2011.
