IF HE HAS ANY OTHER BUSINESS INCOME OR PARTENR IN ANY FIRM FOR WHICH TAX AUDIT IS APPLICABLE, THEN DUE DATE OF HIS RETURN WILL BE 30TH SEPT 2010 AND FORM 4 WILL BE FIELD INPLACE OF FORM 1.
