AGREED FILE THE DIRECTOR RETURN AS PER NORMAL ASSESSEE. IF HE HAS GETTING ONLY DIRECTOR REMUNERATION, THEN FORM 1 IS TO BE FILED DUE DATE IS 31ST JULY 2010.
IF HE HAS ANY OTHER BUSINESS INCOME OR PARTENR IN ANY FIRM FOR WHICH TAX AUDIT IS APPLICABLE, THEN DUE DATE OF HIS RETURN WILL BE 30TH SEPT 2010 AND FORM 4 WILL BE FIELD INPLACE OF FORM 1.
