19 April 2013 Hi Friends,

I have been asked to resubmit the E-form1 after correcting some minor errors. However, there is one error mentioned which i am not able to understand. The error read as follows:

"Proposed co may ask to delete architecture word MOA"

Please guide me what does this means and how to correct this error.

Also please guide as to how many resubmissions are allowed for filing form 1 of a public company with 5 lacs authorized capital

19 April 2013 in the point no. 12 of the fomr, you must have written a word Architects, delete that and resubmit it.

Please guide as to which point no. 12 you are refering. Do you mean objects and other objects clauses in MOA. There are only 10 points in form 1

19 April 2013 Ohhkay! i was telling about form 1A, pardon.
actually the same problem of the word architecht came at the time of uploading form 1A of my clients.
yes in form 1A, it is object clause, and when i deleted that word, it got accepted.
