28 March 2011 Hi Can anyone answer, whether there is any restriction on the no. of Main Object clauses that can be included in Memorandum of Association of a company??

29 March 2011 No there is no as such specified restrictions. You Object should not be too much and should be of similar line of business.

Depend ROC approve it or not...

23 January 2012 Though as such there is no restriction, Normally the no. of clauses are restricted to 5. Again it depends on ROC to approve it.
