Dear Experts.
We are registered dealer for business purpose we have taken the restaurant service food bill however the bill also content our GST Number. Pls clarify can we avail the ITC of the same bill restaurant food bill?

I think on food of restaurant you can not avail ITC even bill contains your GST no.
