Mr. F, Finance manager and secretary placed before the Board the proposal to close the bank account B as no operations are being carried out in that account. The balance lying there is a minimum balance of Rs 1000.
Resolved to close the current account with B with immediate effect with a request to them to issue a pay order for the balance of Rs 1000.
Further Resolved to authorise Mr.F, to take such action as is necessary including providing of a certified copy of the resolution to B to act upon this.
