There are 3 directors in a company, out of which 2 directors want to resign, any how. There are certain, disputes among them and 2 of them don,t want to remain on board, on any cost. How to proceed.

FOR A PVT. LTD COMPANY MINIMUM 2 DIRECTORS ARE SUFFICIENT AND FOR A PUBLIC LTD. CO. MINIMUM 3 DIRECTORS REQUIRED, .ALSO REFER THE CO. ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION.
SO FIRST YOU INDUCT NEW DIRECTORS WHO WILL CONTINUE AS PER ABOVE MINIMUM STIPULATION AND FILE FORM 32 FOR THE INDUCTIONS . THEN LET OTHERS (WHO WISH TO) QUIT.THEN FILE FORM 32 FOR RESIGNATIONS
