Rent agreement should be every year or continue previous year agreement in case of the agreement period not define in agreement.
Rent agreement allowed in Stamp of Rs.....???

Rent agreement has to be of a specified period and new agreement needs to be made in case of renewal also.

Would depend on whether the same be registered or not, for what period and depenedent on state also.
