dear sir/madam
my query is if director is removed u/s 283 of companies act........do we need to file form 32 for him or we can show directly in annual return as ceased director without filing form 32......
in short i want to ask is that is it compulsory to file form 32 for any kind of ceasation or appointment??????

U have to show a noting by the Board that the office of a Director is vacated by effect of any of the ground mentioned u/s 283 of the Act and then to make that effective you need to file form 32 where you hve to mention as to why that director cease to be the director of the company and in attachment you need to attach a scanned copy of Board meeting certified by any other Director or the C.S of the Company....
