WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED TO TRANSFER MONEY TO A NRE ACCOUNT??? ANY PRIOR PERMISSION REQUIRED FROM ANY AUTHORITIES??????

TO ADD ON THE AMOUNT WOULD BE TRANSFERRED IN FOREIGN CURRENCY AND THE AMOUNT WOULD TO INVESTED IN AN EXISTING PVT. LTD. COMPANY AS A LOAN FROM THE DIRECTOR??? CAN HE REPATRIATE TH ESAME FUNDS AFTER CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME????

the non resident can tranfer money from abroad to his nre a/c and there is no prior permission required.
