Registration of project under rera act

We have a project with plot size of 1057.7 Sq Mtr, & 7 floor Project is there, each floor having 1 apartment only so, we have 7 apartment in whole project....

have to take registration in RERA Act.....???

20 July 2017 Project of 500 Sq Mtr or above will have to obtain RERA Reg. However if you are having an on-going project, try obtaining Completion Certificate. If it can be done you'll not have to go for RERA registration. *Subject to your State Rules.
