Kindly advise, can stamp duty for incorporation of a company in West Bengal be paid online?
How much stamp duty is required for Power of Attorny?
The Certificate of Incorporation to be collected from the concerned ROC personally or it is sent by them electronically?

30 April 2011 Power of Attorney has to be executed on Stamp paper. No need to pay online. Scanned copy of the POA executed on stamp paper should be attached.
