31 May 2013 What is the procedure if chargee(lender) wants to register the charge on MCA Portal? what all documents will be required by him ?

31 May 2013 you have to file form 8 in case of creation of charge other than on debentures

so you have to file form 8 in mca for creation of charges

Please download help instructions form available in mca you will came to know how to fill form 8 and what are the attachements required in detail

Note:
Scan the documents creating or evidencing charge ( black & white, Resolution 200dpi, pdf file) and attach it with Form 8
