19 August 2013 For tax audit it is required by a CA to get registered with income tax department as a tax professional.accordingly i have registered in April before it was compulsory for tax audit.That time i got the activation link but not the login id which is given now along with activation link.So the site is not allowing me to see the form 3CA,3CB,3CD
as a CA and further it is not allowing to re register as it is already registered.Can you Please advice me how can i overcome this situation?it is urgent.

you can request for resend activation link

once it is received to your mail it can be activated for login purpose

19 August 2013 if you know your user id, then generate password by using digital signature.

If you donot know the user id, then the user id is in following format

ARCA142520 (i.e. ARCA+your M.N.)
