30 January 2017 Plz anyone resolve this:-
" A person is Coach in MPCA and he is registered under Service Tax. when he is Going to Process of GST Registration the required documents are:-
1. Constitution of Business- Registration Certificate.
2. Place of Business"
Now query is what he attached as Registration Certificate & Place of Business ??????????????

13 February 2017 You say that the person is already registered under Service Tax. Therefore, you can attach service tax registration letter as 'Registration Certificate' and even for Proof of Principal Place of Business, you can attach it, as it contains registered place also.
