02 June 2017 Dear Sir/Madam, My company has incorporated this month. Should I register GST?? In case I registered for GST, did I get exemption upto 20lakhs.

03 June 2017 If company is not liable then do not obtain registration under current law then obatin registration directly in GST .

03 June 2017 you have to obtain registration for import also.

03 June 2017 No then it is not mandatory but import comes under reverse charge.If you are liable to pay under reverse charge then registration is mandatory.Kindly see my video to understand in detail
