but i heard that i can register one month before the exmas i.e. May-2011 as per the completion of articleship

Registration Timing for CA Final:
You can register for the CA Final exams even before completing your articleship, but typically:
Registration is allowed once you have passed PCC (IPCC Final stage) and completed the required articleship period or are close to completing it.
You can register up to one month before the exam date.
Important Points:
If you register late, your exam eligibility and attempt might get pushed to the next exam cycle.
Registering early helps you plan your study and exam schedule better.
The Institute usually opens CA Final registration a few months before the exams.
Example:
For exams in May 2011, you can register around April 2011 or earlier, provided you have cleared PCC and are eligible.
