if Partnership firm converting their firm into company under chapter Part IX of Company Act, 1956, wat will be the consequences on existing PAN.

is not possible to correction in PAN ?? and if not wat will be the consequences on assets and liability of the firm...

Old PAN of firm of no use later and now new PAN to be applied for company.
