We have following companies
A Ltd, B Pvt. Ltd. & C Pvt. Ltd.

A is a Borrower and mortgaging property of B and C for its Loan.

Now my question is
Should it is suffice to file form 8 for only A ltd. or Require to file seperate form 8 for each company.

We have to file the form 8 for all the 3 companies as the charge is created in the name of A Company but the property of B & C are mortgage.
The main reason for filing form 8 is create the charge on the property.
