Sir,
My net profit is less than 8% of the turnover. So can i File reutrn on my actual net profit which is less than 8% without doing the tax Audit, in ITR -4

Audit u/s 44AD is applicable when:-
> turnover less than 1 crore.
> profit shown less than 8% of turnover
> turnover less than 1 crore.
> profit shown less than 8% of turnover
