what is the use if capital redemption reserve ??
if company re-issue buy back share then CRR can be transfer to it's original fund account or Not ??

when there is any decrease in share capital of a company. company has to create CRR for the sake of interest of lendors.
CRR can be used to issue bonus shares or shares at a discount.
