A company was incorporated on 16th november 2010..What will be its first AGM date and when it should file its income tax return(not filed yet) and for which period.....My email id is jaissumitkumar@gmail.com...Thanks in Advance

The Company have to hold first AGM on or before 15/05/2012 (A newly incorporated Company is required to hold its First Annual General Meeting hold its first annual general meeting within a period of not more than eighteen months from the date of its incorporation (the date as mentioned in the Certificate of Incorporation of that Company).
The Company's previous year will be 16/11/2010 to 31/03/2011 and current year will be 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012.
