RCM IS SUSPENDED. BUT LET ME KNOW ON WHICH SUPPLY
RCM IS NOT APPLICABLE TILL 31.03.2018

17 October 2017 There are 2 types of RCM. Sec 9(3) & Sec 9(4). RCM only under sec 9(4) i.e. receipt of any goods or services by registered dealer, from unregistered dealer is suspended till 31-03-2018. And this is exempt only wef 13-10-2017. Other type will continue.
