Do RCM provisions currently attracts on Rent paid under GST ?

There is no RCM for the rent paid unless it is an import of service. You may please refer Notification No. 13/2017 - Central Tax (Rate), as amended, for list of services covered under RCM and Notification No. 4/2017 - Central Tax (Rate) for list of goods covered under RCM.
