Can a Company provide a Depriciation of less than 100% on the assets having a value upto Rs. 5,000.
In other words, can the management make a depriciation policy for writing off the assets say in 3 years.
Pl. provide the view with some supportings.

Depreciatino provided in the companies act is the minimum rate which the company must charge on its assets. so the company can charge depreciation at the higher rate.
