what are the merits and demerits of doing industrial training?After doing industrial is it sure to get higher package?

There is no demerit provided you choose a good company for your industrial training.You will additional exposure of corporate world unlike the work your had done in CA firm.But there is no guarantee of any higher package

However, do not go fir Big names for Industrial Training,
Go where you can learn work like Excise, Accounts, ROC, DT, IDT matters..
In General, if you go for big names then you will be expert in Tally only...
