PLEASE PLEASE GUIDE ME COMPANY I AM DOING JOB AS TRAINEE IN PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY I HAVE COMPLETED MY 12 MONTH OF TRAINING PERIOD OF 12 MONTH AND NOW I WANT TO SWITCH FROM MY TRAINEE SHIP TO OTHER COMPANY BECAUSE I GOT A CHANCE IN BIG LISTED COMPANY. BUT MY CURRENT EMPLOYER IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO GIVE NOC SO WHAT I CAN DO
