I am a practicing CA whole time in practice
now I have two offers: -
1) guest faculty in a college or
2) give services retated to management
plz advice me can i accept one of the above offers with my COP

You can accept any one of the offers.

1. Guest faculty in a college is allowed continuing full time practice.

2. Management consultancy can be provided by a practising ca.....don't accept employment...raise your bills..
