sir,
1)is there any compulsion or law that states that a student has to be a bcom graduate before getting his ca certificate??
2)can a student do bba insted of bcom??
3)and does any problem arise if w tak up the couse xtrnally??

Hi,
1) There is NO Compulsion as to Completion of Graduation before getting CA Certificate. Once you clear out CA Final Exam and complete all other formalities like GMCS etc.....and have completed age of 21 years then you can definitely become member of ICAI.
2) Yes, but the permission of ICAI need to be taken in Form 112
3) Not problem at all.
