AGAR HAM KSSI COMPOSITION DEALERS KE GOODS PURCHASE KARTE H TO KYA HAM TAX KA CREDIT LE SAKTE H AGAR HAM REGULAR TAX PAYER H TO

No, you cant because of following reason -
a) The composition dealer never issue Tax Invoice and thus do not charges tax over the invoice;
b) Requirement of rule 36 of CGST Rules, 2017 do not gets fulfilled.
