I would like to draw your kind attention that, I have submitted Online PF transfer Form 13. The said form is reflecting under inactionable tab of Previous Employer. I have a following query:
1. Whether Form 13 is required to be Digitally signed by Previous Employer? If yes then what is path for that after Login to employer portal.
2. Whether I have to submit Form 13 Physically to Previous Employer as well as to EPFO Office?
3. How Much time it takes to get the transferred done.

10 March 2025 1. Yes, the previous employer needs to digitally sign the Form 13 if they have registered digital signatures on the EPFO portal.
2. Yes, you need to submit a printed copy of the Form 13 to your previous employer for verification and attestation. Generally, the previous employer will submit the attested Form 13 to the EPFO office. However, if there are any issues or if the previous employer does not have digital signatures, you might need to ensure it reaches the EPFO office.
3. Generally. two to three months. However, it's essential to ensure that your UAN is active, linked to your KYC details, and that your personal and employment details are accurate in the EPFO database.
