Is it necessary to make Memorandum of association & Article of Association for Sole Properitorship?

1)Can i make salary to the employees? as we not giving any facility (like HRA.DA etc) just making basic salary to the employees
3)In which slab they have been liable for TDS deduction
4) would i have to deduct in professiuonal fees or
i have to deduct in salry slab i.e. 2L per annum?
5)what are the contract period for the new joinee employee
i mean it should have 6 month or 1 year
please provide me rules for the same.
