16 October 2013 hello experts,
My name is Kailash and I am working in private firm & my age is 40 yrs & I am only B.Com I want to grow further but not able to understand how shud I proceed further which will help me in my future.for which course should I go which can help me in future looking at my age

IIM Kolkata have package for Working professional. You can check this course.

It is always be beneficial since you will be working atleast for 15 yrs.

17 October 2013 If I go for professional course like Company Secretary (ICSI) then whether it will be advantage for me in my prospect.Whether at that age 42 yrs will I get good job or should I go for Diploma.
I am not able to come on decission please suggest me as its urgent as your suggestions will help me
