Processure for CT3

27 August 2008 Can send me the CT3 Format, what is provision for CT3 If we sell our goods in exempted area then only cT3 is applicable.
Which prequoation we should have taken under clearance under CT3.
This processure is seperate than our export processure .

If you want to purchase any matrial for export on duty free baises you can issue a CT3 and you need to receive the material along with a ARE3.

If you wnat to do any kind of deemed export you need to receive a CT3 from a EOU unit and you need to issue a ARE3 along with the goods.
