Problem related to tds refund

07 April 2012 Mr. Himanshu Jain S/o Sh Parveen Jain get a cheque of TDS refund of 2009-10 of Rs 3360 But the Bank A/c no is Wrong by one digit. Cheque was issued on 25 Nov 2011 and valid for 90 days from the date of issue (But Cheque applicability is valid for 90days is apply from 1st April 2012)
Please tell me what can I do for TDS refund

Get the fresh cheque by correctly mentioning the account number and name in the cheque, before that you need to surrender the old cheque for issuance of new cheque from the department.
