We have paid extra IGST RS .14400/- and Plenty Rs. 14400/- due to some problem
Now the Cash Balaance Shows at Portal 28800/-
We need your kind advise how to adjust this amount means to say pass the entry.

You can apply for refund for the wrong amount paid under penalty. Refund can be applied online through the portal.
