could please anyone assist me to get a good job in finance sector and i got work experience of 3.5 years in mortgage where am no more interested like to go to finance field..my qualification B.com n mba as well as pursuing CS...plz anyone give me your valuable suggestion and suggest me the good job and let me know if any course need to take..Thank you..

Dear Simon, first of all you need to focus on the field of your interest.
.
As mentioned by you that you want to go in finance field, then joining CS makes less sense.
.
However to update and make your financial base strong you may refer to various business magazines like Money, Business Outlook, Business Today etc.
.
Moreover The best option would be to recreate interest in current field of your work, which would reap higher benefits.
.
However even if you want to go into other field, than first you have to decide the area of interest, merely specifying finance field would not help, as finance is a wide subject covering many areas like, buzzing ones are forex and treasury management and Working capital Management.
